Garden State Slider Co. brings the classic tastes of New Jersey diners and boardwalk joints to Colorado. We’re all about doing simple food the right way - fresh, hot, and packed with flavor.

Our sliders are inspired by the legendary Jersey spot that made these tiny burgers famous - thin splashed all beef patties, grilled onions, melted American cheese, and soft Martin’s potato rolls. Add in the deep fried Thumann’s hot dog best known as “Rippers,” breakfast sandwiches loaded with Taylor Ham, and a few Jersey styled diner sides like disco fries and onion rings, and you’ve got the East Coast served Rocky Mountain-Style (with a side/smothered in green chile)

Born from a life long connection to New Jersey’s food culture and built here in Colorado, Garden State Slider Co. is more than a food truck - it’s a tribute to where we came from and a reminder that good food doesn’t need a gimmick. Just beef, cheese, onions, and pride.
